The case of Matrimonial Suit – Divorce by mutual consent between Mr and Mrs X
What was the issue?
Mr & Mrs X married with the consent of the family according to Hindu rituals in Kalighat Temple in 2015 and subsequently registered their marriage and were leading a happy married life at Mr X’s house. They are also parents to a 7-year-old girl.
Differences between started from the year 2018 thus making it impossible for them to reside together and hence they started living separately. As such they approached Advocate Rajesh Kshetry to help them come out of this marriage.
Role of Advocate Rajesh Kshetry
Mr Rajesh Kshetry tried to counsel the couple so that they could reconcile, bury their differences, and start a new life afresh. However, both of them remained rigid and opted for mutual separation. Mr Kshetry filed their petition and got the decree of divorce in the shortest possible time, which was also arranged to provide suitable compensation to Mrs X.
