The case of Ms. M & Ors Vs The State of West Bengal/Secretary/ Collector & District Magistrate/Spl. Land Acquisition Officer Burdwan/General Manager BSNL/ Chief General Manager BSNL was litigated by Advocate Rajesh Kshetry. He was handling the case on behalf of the petitioner Ms. M & Ors.

The respondents failed to pay the petitioner a full and final assessment.
