Advocate Rajesh Kshetry Secures Compensation in Land Acquisition Dispute

What is the issue?

The issue was Ms. M owned 0.75 acres of land situated at Khatian No. 1335, J.L. No. 21 of Mouza, Katwa, Burdwan. A payment of Rs. 1,70,000/- was to be made as per Section 9 (3B) of the Amended Act but without any full and final assessment. The petitioners were assured that upon assessment, the valuation price of the land, which was more than a crore, would be paid to them.

The respondents failed to pay the petitioner a full and final assessment.

Failing to receive any compensation for their land whatsoever, the petitioners approached Advocate Rajesh Kshetry to help and aid them to retrieve the compensation amount.
